Although we truly believe anyone can do what we've done, there is a certain mentality that it takes to be successful. Through our personal desire to own real estate, we simply do not accept an "I can't" attitude.
We don't believe in "one size fits all" or that there is only one way to accomplish something. Our portfolio includes long and short term rentals, in various states. We've financed our purchases with personal funds, traditional financing, asset based lending, owner financing, partnerships and private money. The properties we've acquired have been found on both the MLS as well as off-market. We've learned so much from others and keep an open mind to any opportunity.
One of our keys to success is having others around us that have helped guide and teach us. Learning from other's, getting advice, and sharing stories has provided a wide range of experiences. We keep an open mind and every suggestion and opportunity and try to add value to others whenever we can.
