What this program is not:

• A turnkey program where we do all the work and hand you a property
• Video-based tutorials with self-teaching lessons
• Theories, analysis and classroom education with little action steps
• Group based team calls where many people are on the same Zoom meeting
• A Property Management company

In simplest terms, our goal is to walk you through every step of becoming an STR owner.  We'll talk you through what we did and what you need to do to replicate the process that has worked for us.  There will be ACTION required on your part as we will give provide you the necessary steps along the way but require you to do the work (Ex. We will show you what supplies you will need, but you'll be ordering it yourself on Amazon!)

This program is designed to provide incremental consultation for a current or prospective STR owner.  It can be tailored for focus on specific areas of assistance you may need and not require a full year of training.  

Some reasons to use the monthly plan:

• You already own a property and just need help managing it more efficiently
• New investor just needs help in actually finding and buying a property, but no more
• You've already found a property and only need help creating systems
• General guidance on improving your current STR and evaluating it potential

• One on One consultation specific to your needs

• Connecting you to our network of individuals as it relates to your needs

You may be a fast learner and feel that you only need 5 months of assistance to get your first STR started.  The flexibility this program offers is that you can always extend as needed, so if you thought you could have everything going in 5 months, but then want an extra month or two, you can extend as you need.

This service is designed for someone who already has a property, or is about to go live and wants help completely optimizing their listing. Whether you are having trouble getting bookings or want ways to increase you nightly rate, we are here to help.

What you will get:

• Comments on current systems/logistics that could be improved
• Advice on how to give your listing a "facelift" to increase occupancy and rates
• A look into our listings & systems that help us stay efficient
• 1 hour private live Zoom call to discuss and ask questions

This is something that we believe can benefit just about anyone who is in the STR market. Through trial and error we have found what people want and also what is not necessary that just leads to more headache for the host. This program is for that person who really wants to maximize their property and turn it into more of a "business" than just another random listing posted by the person with a second home trying to make a few dollars.

We understand that everyone is different and one size does not fit all, especially when it comes to investing. Our goal with all of our plans is to provide the maximum amount of value to the individual(s) that we are working with since we want everyone we work with to succeed. Success looks different for everyone and the path to get there is certainly different for most.
